Academic Programs
CCA’s Early Childhood Program teaches K4 and K5 students the firm foundation of Jesus Christ. Through a variety of learning experiences, students expand their horizons and learn Biblical precepts. Young students engage in developmentally appropriate academics, playtime, special classes, and chapel services. CCA’s Early Childhood Program is a full, fun introduction to school.

Fine Arts
Our Fine Arts Department exists to glorify God by developing the talent he has graciously given each and every student. Some students have “behind-the-scenes talent” and others are “front and center.” Our students know that it takes both types of talent to create a God-honoring show. Students enjoy instruction from a biblical worldview with an emphasis on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Performing Arts
High School drama presentations include opportunities to refine talents not only in acting but also in stage management, lighting, sound, costumes, set construction, and other areas of the production.
Visual Arts
High School students may choose the yearbook as an elective. They will become familiar with different types of software, layout, design, attention to detail, and the necessity of meeting deadlines. Along with the class advisor, they will plan, create, and ultimately publish the school yearbook. This elective requires a yearlong commitment.
Pre-K – 3rd grade students will develop skills in drawing, painting, paper mache, and various crafts. They will learn about the color wheel and basic art principles.
Our 4th through 12th-grade students enjoy instruction from a biblical worldview with an emphasis on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Different techniques presented include accuracy, composition, sketching, shape relationships, observation, interpretive, still-life, 2D drawing, and much more. Some techniques for instruction include lectures, bible studies, art history, and presentations. Mediums include charcoal, pencil, colored pencil, paint, and crayon.
Every March student artwork is exhibited in the CCA Art Show. This event showcases the original works of art that have been thoughtfully created over the course of the school year.
For some students, there may be additional opportunities to express their talents in the visual arts with set design.
